FPM

Quality

Precision isn't optional.

Quality begins with a clear understanding of the drawing, the application, and what must be controlled throughout manufacturing.

Quality approach

Plan. Verify. Document. Improve.

FPM builds the quality approach around customer requirements rather than assuming one inspection plan fits every part.

Drawing & specification review

Requirements, revisions, datums, critical dimensions, notes, and acceptance criteria are reviewed before execution.

Material verification

Specified materials and supporting documentation requirements are identified during project planning.

First article inspection

First-article scope is aligned to customer requirements, drawing characteristics, and the manufacturing plan.

Production quality control

In-process and final controls are planned around process risk, critical features, and repeatability.

Traceability where required

Lot, material, process, and document traceability needs should be identified with the RFQ.

Documentation

Inspection reports, material records, and other deliverables are defined by the project requirement.

Certifications

Verified information only.

FPM does not publish certification claims until documentation has been confirmed and approved for use.

Content placeholderVerified certifications, registration numbers, scope statements, and downloadable certificates can be added here when supplied by FPM.
